摘要
目的 观察升白合剂治疗白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法 将 96例患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组化疗的同时服用升白合剂 ,每次 5 0mL ,每日 3次。对照组服用利血生 ,每次 2 0mg ,每日 3次 ;鲨肝醇 ,每次 10 0mg ,每日 3次。观察两组治疗前后白细胞 (WBC)、免疫球蛋白 (Ig)及一般状况等的变化。结果 治疗组临床有效率为 85 % ,升白细胞作用及提高抗体免疫功能等方面均优于对照组 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。实验研究亦证明升白合剂能显著升高小白鼠周围血中性粒细胞。结论 升白合剂治疗化疗后白细胞减少症疗效确切 ,安全可靠。
Objective It is to observe the curative effects of Shengbai mixture on leucopenia. Methods 96 patients were divided into two groups at random. The treatment group were treated with Shengbai mixture while the control group were treated with Leucogen and Batilol. The changes of WBC and Ig and other items in two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 85%. The effect of rising WBC and improving immune function in the treatment group was superior to those in the control group (P<0.05). Experimental study showed that the neutrophile granulocyte in rats’ peripheral blood was significantly raised with Shengbai mixture. Conclusion The effect of Shengbai mixture on leucopenia after chemotherapy is clear and safe.
