摘要
本文从引入ISO90 0 0标准、实现标准化服务的角度 ,探讨了图书馆实现标准化服务的必然性 ,以及在WTO国际大环境中建立符合ISO90 0 0标准要求的服务质量体系和图书馆引入ISO90 0 0标准。
The article from leads into the ISO9000 and realizes to standdordize the ministrant angle,inquiry into the library redizes to standordize ministrant and inevitability,and establish the service quantity system that meet the ISO9000 standard request in internationa great environment in WTO to leads into the ISO9000 and redizes with the library a few problems that standardize the service demand notice with the foreground outlook.
