摘要
目的 评价麻疹疫苗免疫效果 ,为修订麻疹疫苗免疫规划策略提供参考依据。 方法 分别取 8月龄儿童在接种麻疹疫苗前和完成基础免疫后 1个月的血清标本各 79份 ,用酶联免疫吸咐法检测麻疹IgG抗体 ,抗体滴度≥ 1:2 0 0判断为阳性。 结果 79份标本 ,免疫前阳性率为 1 2 7% (1 79) ,免疫后阳性率为 77 2 2 % (61 77) ,免疫成功率为 75 95 %。 结论 免疫前后麻疹抗体阳性率差异有显著意义 (x2 =95 0 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,但检测结果未达到规定的免疫成功率考核标准 (85 % )。原因可能与疫苗本身滴度。
Objective To evaluate of the effect of immunization of measles vaccine and provide scientific basis for modification immunization stratagy for control of measles Methods Sera IgG antibodies against measles in 79 infants aged 8 months a month before and after immunization were detected with ELISA.The antibody titres of≥1:200 were regarded as positive. Results The antibody positive rate was 1 27%(1/79) and the successful immunization rate was 77 22%(61/79) Conclusion The positive rates before and after immunization are significant difference(x 2=95.0,P<0 05) But the immunization rate is still lower than that of the standard stipulated and this might be due to the lower titre of the vaccine,ways in use of the vaccine and other individual factors
