摘要
目的 评价冷冻对皮肤癣菌病的疗效。 方法 治疗组 3 0 0例 ,采用液氮冷冻加美克霜或派瑞松霜治疗 ,对照组 2 60例 ,即单用外用药。 结果 治疗组总有效率 93 7% ,痊愈率 84 3 % ,对照组总有效率 91 2 % ,痊愈率68 5 % ,经卡方检验 ,两组痊愈率差异有显著性 (P <0 0 0 5 )。 结论 冷冻可明显提高治疗皮肤癣菌病的疗效 ,缩短疗程。
Objective To evaluate the effects of cryotherapy for treatment of dermatophytoses patients Methods 560 cases were divided quasi-randomly into 2 groups,300 cases were treated with cryotherapy and Pevisone cream or Bifonazole cream;260 cases were treated with only same tropical cream Results The cure rate and effective rate in the treatment group were 84 3% and 93 7% in the control group were 68 5% and 91 2% ,respectively,there was a significant difference in cure rate (P<0 005) Conclusion Cryotherapy can enhance the effect for treatment of dermatophytoses patients with shortening the treatment time
