摘要
目的 研究金通宝胶丸的毒性和致突变性。 方法 采用急性毒性试验、小鼠骨髓微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、Ames试验和 3 0d喂养试验进行研究。 结果 雌雄大、小鼠急性经口LD50 >2 1 5 0g kg体重 ,属无毒级 ;小鼠骨髓微核试验、精子畸形试验和Ames试验三项致突变试验结果均为阴性 ,无明显致突变性 ;3 0d喂养试验未显示明显毒性。
Objective To study the toxicity and mutagenicity of Jin Tongbao capsule Methods Acute toxicity test,Micronucieus test,Sperm shape abnormality test,Ames test and thirty days feeding tests were performed Results The determination of oral LD 50 in mice or rats was within the limit of nonpoisonous Mutagenic effect of Jin Tongbao capsule was assesed by Ames test,Micronucieus test and Sperm shape abnormality test,but the negative results were obtained There was no significant toxicity observed in thirty days tests Conclusion Jin Tongbao capsule is safe
