摘要
通过大麦割青与收获籽粒的比较试验 ,结果表明 ,青割大麦的营养价值远远高于其籽粒的价值 ,就粗蛋白含量而言 ,1hm2 的青割大麦相当于 4～ 5hm2 收获籽粒的营养价值。不同品种其绿色营养体产量有显著差异 ,但其营养品质无明显差别。发展青割大麦生产 ,能大大提高大麦的经济效益。
By experimenting on cuttung Barley green plant and harvesting grain,theresults showed that nutrition value of Barley green plant was much higher than grain's.Nutrition value of one hectare Barley green plant was rather than five hectare grain's.There were different in yield of green plant among varieties and without in qualities.High tillering Barley variety showed usually high yield on green plant.
