摘要
通过对膨胀石墨表面SEM及红外光谱的测定发现,膨胀石墨表面具有发达的孔隙,多为中孔或大孔,且带有非极性基团,因此非常有利于非极性大分子的吸附,但膨胀石墨极轻、易碎,在实际应用中有一定局限性。以润滑油为非极性吸附物,运用改变密度及粘接技术增强膨胀石墨强度,同时研究了密度及粘接剂比例与吸附量的关系。
It is found through SEM and infrared spectrum determination on expansile graphite surface that there are developed holes on the surface of graphite with nonpolar radical and the holes are mostly middle and large in size. Therefore it is favourable to adsorb nonpolar large molecular. But, since the expansile graphite is extremely light and fragile, its application is limited in practices. Lubricant is used as nonpolar adsorptive material to change expansile graphite's density and improve its intensity and adhesion ability. The relationship between density, binder percentage and adsorption amount is also studied.
