摘要
目的 :观察被动吸烟对大鼠肝功能的影响。方法 :健康Wistar大鼠 16只 ,雌雄各半 ,随机分为 2组 :正常对照组、烟熏组。烟熏组每天烟熏 1次 ,15天后取血测定谷丙转氨酶 ,总蛋白及白蛋白。结果 :烟熏组动物谷丙转氨酶明显高于正常对照组 (p<0 .0 5 ) ;血清总蛋白和白蛋白含量明显低于正常对照组 (p <0 .0 5 ) ;肝系数明显高于正常对照组。结论
Objective: To observe the effects of passive smoking on liver function in rats. Methods: Sixteen healthy rats (half of them are male) were delivered randomly into two groups (normal control and passive smoking groups). The passive smoking group breathed into the smoke of tobacco mixed in air one time each day. After fifteen days, G.P.T. was tested. Result: G.T.P. of the passive smoking group was higher than that of control group. Conclusion: Passive smoking causes damage to liver function of rats.
