摘要
通过普通钻削与振动钻削情况下切屑单元受力情况的分析 ,建立了在两种切削状况下单位时间内切屑的位移公式 ,解释了振动钻削情况下排屑顺利的原因。介绍了一种新型的振动钻削装置——永磁振动钻削装置。在此新型的振动钻削装置上进行试验 。
Chip letting is very important during a drilling process. In the paper, two dynamic model for displacement of chips describing both a conventional drilling process and a vibrational drilling one were established, which gave a good explanation for a better letting out of the chips in the vibrational drilling process. The result from the model agreed well with that from the drilling experiment. A new type vibrational generator, a permanent magnet generator, used in the vibration drilling system was introduced. The experimental results from the new type vibrational drilling machine show that a vibrational drilling has a good feature in chip letting.
