摘要
黄河小浪底水利枢纽工程采用国际招标建设,工程建设全面推行业主负责制、招标投标制、建设监理制,工程建设管理全方位与国际接轨。通过小浪底工程测量监理的实践,阐述了在FIDIC合同条件下的测量监理的主要任务、监理方法,总结了采用的测量新技术。
The Xiaolangdi Multpurpose Dam Project is linked,in an all-round manner,to international practices regarding employer responsibility,ICB contracting,and construction supervision systems.The gist of survey supervision and the form and the central content of the project are introduced.based on the project condition,the status,function,experience to engage with the world survey supervision in water conservancy and water powe r project construction are stated,and how to engate with internation-al survey supervision in the wate r conservancy and water electricity project construction is explained.
