摘要
目的 :观察针灸对不完全性截瘫兔 β 内啡肽 (β EP)影响的动态变化 ,探讨针灸对脊髓损伤修复的生化影响。方法 :采用针刺督脉及神经干的方法治疗不完全性截瘫兔 ,取血液、垂体、损伤脊髓、下丘脑组织 ,测量在 6 h、7d、15 d时 β EP含量。结果 :针灸 1次 (6 h)时 β EP含量即较模型组显著下降。针灸对血浆、垂体β EP含量调整较快 ,6 h、7d、15 d均呈阶段显著下降 ;下丘脑 6 h与 15 d比较出现显著差异 ;脊髓第 7d开始下降。结论 :针灸通过加快β EP降解弥散 ,阻断β EP合成释放 ,迅速降低垂体β EP分泌 ,减少血液循环中β EP含量 ,从而减少与靶细胞的阿片受体结合 ,来达到对抗β EP对脊髓继发损伤作用 ,加快修复过程。
Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture on the change of βendorphin(βEP) in the rabbits with incomplete paraplegia, and to explore the biochemical effect of acupuncture to repair of damaged spinal cord. Methods: Acupuncture were applied to governor vessel and nerve trunk for treatment of the rabbits with incomplete paraplegia. The concentration of βEP in the plasma,pituitary,injuried spinal cord and hypothalamus of the rabbits was determined at 6 hours, 7 days and 15 days. Results: The concentration of βEP in rabbits after acupuntured once (6 hours ago) decreased significantly compared to the model group. The regulation of βEP level by acupunture was fast in the blood plasma and pituitary of the rabbits and it descended by stage at 6 hours, 7 days and 15 days . There was a significant difference between 6 hours and 15 days about βEP levels of hypothalmas. The βEP level in spinal cord began to descend at 7 days. Conclusion : Acupuncture treatment can facititate the damaged spinal cord repair by degrading and diffusing βEP , blocking βEP release, reducing βEP secretion immediately, thus decreasing the level of βEP in the blood and reducing βEP combination with the βEP receptor of target cells,counteracting the secondary injure of βEP to spinal cord.
