摘要
目的 探讨深静脉穿刺置管术在抢救大面积烧伤中的应用,方法 回顾73例大面积烧伤病人行深静脉穿刺置管术的操作特点、穿刺结果、并发症及护理配合。结果 穿刺成功率94.5％,抢救效果佳,并发症少。结论 深静脉穿刺置管术在抢救大面积烧伤中具有重要作用。
Objective: To explore the clinical application of permanent needle of deep veniptmcture in early management of extensive burn. Methods: We analyzed our clinical experience in 73 patients with extensively burn. Results: The success rate of venipuncture was 94.5%. The effect was satisfactory, while the complication was less, Conclusion: The permanent needle of deep venipuncture shows an important role in early management of extensive burn.
