摘要
本文依据分子植物育种实验室的最基本的目标和功能 ,介绍了分子植物育种实验室必备的仪器设备和化学试剂 ,并对仪器设备的选配进行了讨论。提出了最基本的和较优水平的分子植物育种实验室配置方案及经费预算。
This paper has introduced the necessary instruments and equipments in laboratory of molecular plant breeding based on the objectives and functions for molecular plant breeding researches, and also has discussed how to get the ideas for choosing and buying the instruments and equipments. Two cases of lab configurations and their budget have been put forward for the conventional breeder initiating his own Lab.
