摘要
本文从大量的配方研究、市场商品检测及实验研究结果总结了以LAS与STPP为主的洗衣粉配方中表面活性剂和磷酸盐的总含量(M)对去污性能/M的影响。结果表明,在250ppm的硬水中,此类洗衣粉中M值在40~50%之间时去污力/M最大。M＜35%时此值很低。因此从效能/成本考虑,以阴离子表面活性剂为主活性物的洗衣粉中,表面活性剂和STPP的总含量不应低于40%。
Abstract: rased on the results of formulation investigation and market product evaluations,the effects of contents of surfactants plus phosphates(M) in LAS-and-STPP-based laundry powders, on the performance/M ratios are reported.The results have shown that in hard water of 250ppm the ratio reaches the maximum when M is about 40-50% and the ratio is quite low when M is below 35%. Therefore, for the better performance/cost, the content of surfactants plus phosphates should not be lower than 40% in laundry powders with anionic surfactants as main active matter.
