摘要
本文以国际标准ISO-1743中葡萄糖液和果葡糖浆的折光率-温度校正分数为依据,建立数学模型,在10℃~40℃引导出水的折光率-温度修正值连续计算公式,在实验的基础上提出山梨醇液折光率-温度校正分数的计算方法,在实际工作中提供了较为精确的折光率-温度修正值数据。
Abstract: Based on the refractive index-temperature correct fraction of corn syrup and MFCs in international standard ISO-1743,a mathmatical model equation was set up.the refractive index of water continuing calculation equation of temperature correct fraction was led out at 10-40℃. The calculated method of refractive index-temperature correct fraction of sorbitol solution was discussed on the base of experiment, and more accurate figures of refractive index-temperature correct fraction were provided for practical application.
