摘要
[目的 ]通过对超声治疗外阴白色病变的临床研究 ,评价其疗效。 [方法 ]治疗对象均为经病理证实为外阴白色病变的患者 ,共 80例。随机分为 :超声治疗组和曲安奈德局部封闭治疗对照组各4 0例。观察其临床症状、体征和组织学变化。 [结果 ]超声治疗组 32例患者的外阴瘙痒症状基本消失 ,患处上皮不同程度恢复正常 ,有效率达 1 0 0 %。不同的病理类型间疗效比较 ,差异无显著性。[结论 ]超声治疗外阴白色病变效果明显并且安全。
To investigate the clinical effect with white lesions of the vulva after ultrasound treatment. Eighty patients with white lesions of the vulva were divided randomly and equally into ultrasound group and control group. Pateints in ultrasound group were treated with ultrasound. Those in control group treated with triamcinoloni acetonidi acetates. Thirty patients in ultrasound group recovered at different degrees, in follow-up of 3 months, the symptom of vulva pruritus disappeared. The pathological changes indicated that the squamous epithelium of vulva has recovered normal at different degrees. [Conclusion] This study showes that the patient with white lesions of the vulva would be treated by ultrasound effectively and safely.
