摘要
【目的】寻找安全、有效、简单的治疗鼻眼相关疾病的新方法。【方法】采用经鼻内窥镜治疗鼻眼相关疾病65例。【结果】外伤性视神经损伤31例行视神经管减压术,好转15例;眶内异物2例,成功取出1例;外伤性眶尖综合症2例行眶减压术,痊愈1例2眼;鼻窦囊肿引起眶内并发症18例全部痊愈。慢性泪囊炎行泪囊鼻腔造口术12例全部痊愈。随访时间6个月至2年。【结论】根据临床实践,提出经鼻内窥镜鼻眼相关疾病手术的解剖学依据、适应症、手术注意事项和可能出现的主要并发症。
Objective] To look for a new method to treat nose eye correlated diseases. Sixty five cases with nose eye correlated diseases were treated by intranasal endoscopic surgery. 15 out of 31 cases of traumatic optic neuropathy with optic decompression were improved. 1 out of 2 cases with foreign body in orbit was cured. 2 cases with rollet syndromes related to injuries were cured. 18 cases with orbit complications caused by nasal sinus mucoceles were cured. 12 cases with chronic dacryocystitis were cured by endoscopic dacryorhinostomy.[ Conclusion] According to our experiences in clinical practices, anatomic feasibility and indication for nose eye correlated diseases are suggested. And the items of attention in operation and main complications are also mentioned.
