摘要
通过对公路工程投标工作各阶段的研究,分析了影响投标决策的六种主要因素,建立了投标决策指标评价体系,提出了投标工作不同阶段的投标决策方法。
The characteristics of different stage of bidding for highway engineering was discussed.Six factors that influnce the bidding decision were analyzed.The indices evaluation system for bidding decision was established.The decision method of bidding at different stage was presented.
