摘要
采用三维有限元的时程分析法对小浪底水利枢纽发电排沙洞进水塔的分期跳仓施工过程及运行期进行仿真数值分析,得出各部位施工期的最高温度值和温度应力值及运行期各部位温度值和温度应力变化情况。计算结果表明,施工期温控重点是排沙进水段上部的厚顶板,最高温度达43.1℃,最大水平拉应力超过3.0MPa;运行期最大拉应力发生在塔筒侧墙上。
The author has analysed the alternate-section of stage construction process and the emulation data during the operation stage of power/sediment release tower of the Xiaolangdi project, obtained the maximum temperature value and the maximum temperature stress at different parts of the tower in construction stage and thé variations of temperature value and temperature stress of different parts in operational stage and analysed by using time series analysis method of three-dimensionaf finite element. It is shown by the calculation results that the key part of the power tower for temperature control during construction is the thick roof of intake section where the maximum temperature is up to 43.1℃ and the maximum horizontal tensile stress exceeds 3.0 MPa; and the maximum tensile stress in operational stage is in the side wall of the tower.
