摘要 通过分析1919~1989年间黄河实测径流、泥沙资料的阶段变化认为,1949年后的40年内,由于大规模兴建水库、灌溉引水、水土保持及防洪等工程,使黄河成为人工控制程度很高的河流:下游河道洪水泛滥的可能性较历史上大大减小;总库容达532亿m^3的各型水库使径流受到很大调节;近50%的河川径流被工农业耗用;中游地区的径流下垫面正在改善;入黄泥沙减少,下游河道的淤积有所减轻。 The data of runoff and sediment recorded in the period of 1919~1989 are analysed to identify their variation in different subperiods. It is cleared that the Yellow River has been becoming a river artificialized in a great extent as a result of dam construction, water supply for irrigation, soil and water conservation and flood controlling works in wide scopes. 53.2 billion m^3 of the total capacity of existing reservoirs greatly regulates the runoff; almost 50% of yearly runoff was consumed by the agriculture and industries; the landscope, on which runoff is formed has been improved;the sediment incoming into the Yellow River has been already decreated, and silting on the Lower Yellow River' s channel has been also reduced correspondingly.
