水性涂料浮色发花的研究(英文)

摘要 研究了乳胶色漆中影响涂料外观和涂装效果的浮色发花现象 .结果表明 :颜料和填料的粒径差别大会造成涂料及涂膜的浮色和发花 ;颜料 (TiO2 )或填料 (高岭土 )用量不同 ,着色后浮色发花的程度也不相同 ,不出现浮色的漆样用水稀释后可能有浮色出现 ;适当含量的具疏水基团的分散剂和增稠剂可降低表面张力 ,提高体系粘度 ,阻止浮色发花的发生或减轻浮色发花程度 .对比试验表明 ,不同的工艺条件对浮色发花影响不大 . Flooding and floating affecting the appearances and the effect of latex paint and film were investigated. The results show that too wide distribution of the particle sizes of pigment and filling arouses flooding and floating. Different dosages of pigment (TiO 2) or filling (kaolin) bring about diverse degrees of flooding and floating. Coatings that show no phenomena of flooding or floating will possibly do when diluted. Using dispersants or thickeners with hydrophobic constituents can increase viscosity, reduce surface tension, and are all good for preventing or lightening floating and flooding. Contrast test reveals little influence of processing technique on floating or flooding.
