摘要
CAD模型分层算法是RP(Rapid Prototyping)数据处理的核心.针对RP数据处理的研究热点,提出了一种基于网格划分的CAD模型直接分层算法,并在MDT(MechanicalDeskTop)环境下,将其应用于自主二次开发的RP分层软件中.实践证明:该算法简单可靠、易于实现、不遗漏交线,是一种较理想的曲面与平面的求交算法.
Slicing algorithm of CAD model is the core of RP data processing. Aiming at current focus of RP research, a grid-based slicing algorithm of CAD model is presented in this paper and it is implemented by second-developed RP data processing software based on Mechanical Desktop 5.0. The algorithm does not lose intersection curves. And also it is proved to be efficient and easy to implement by its practical application. It is an effective slicing algorithm of CAD model.
