摘要
对高速钢刀具的非正常失效(即刀具提前报废)进行了分析,认为原材料缺陷、产品设计和加工不当、热处理缺陷都会造成刀具的提前报废,指出要通过查找原始的数据、检验记录深入分析原因,可有效地防止类似事故发生。
The irregular failure, i.e. discarding ahead of time, of H.S.S. cutting tools is analyzed. It is considered that it could be brought about by defects in material, wrong design or working and mistake in heat treatment. It is pointed out that these problems can be prevented effectively by checking original data and records and analyzing the reason deeply.
