摘要
起皱是板材无压边多点成形中容易产生的成形缺陷。本文根据对多点成形过程中起皱的数值模拟与力学分析,基于Donnell-Mushtari-Vlasov的浅壳理论,给出了球面多点成形局部起皱的判断准则,计算了起皱的临界应力。利用多点成形的柔性可变的特点,可以抑制甚至完全消除起皱缺陷,有关的成形实验结果说明了变路径多点成形及分段成形技术抑制起皱的有效性。
Sheet metal is prone to wrinkle during the process of Multi-point forming (MPF) without blankholder. In this paper, based on the numerical simulation and mechanical analysis of MPF process, a wrinkling criterion for the MPF of sphere parts is developed using Donnell-mushtari-vlasov shallow shell theory, and the critical stress for a sphere part in MPF is calculated. By means of the flexibility of MPF, wrinkling defect can be restrained or eliminated completely. The relevant numerical results and experiment results demonstrate that varying deforming path MPF and sectional MPF techniques are effective to restrain wrinkling.
