摘要
通过对比大腔体粉末块与片状块合成金刚石生产情况 ,提出了粉末块是国产六面顶大吨位压机大腔体合成高品级金刚石的发展趋势 ,大腔体粉末块合成金刚石粒度集中 ,金刚石单晶的热稳定性好 ,在相同消耗的情况下 ,每个粉末块 ( ○/3 6mm腔体 )的毛利润要比片状块 ( ○/3 8mm腔体 )高出 10 .40元。
The authors compare the large reaction cavity diamond synthesizing technology using pulverous block with which using sheet block, pointing out that using pulverous block is the trend of synthesizing high quality artificial diamond with domestically-made large reaction cubic anvil press. The diamond synthesized by the large reaction cavity synthesizing technology using pulverous block is characterized by concentrated sizes and good thermal stability of moncrytals. Under the same consumption the gross profit per pulverous block (using a dia 36 mm cavity) is 10.40 yuan higher than per sheet block(dia 38 mm cavity).
