摘要
针对高等级公路运行速度与设计车速非合理匹配中存在的问题,在公路设计部门仅重视的道路设计车速、在行汽车运行速度的基础上,提出期望车速的概念,并以设计车速、运行速度、期望车速为基础,讨论这三种速度之间的相互关系及运行速度与设计车速匹配的现状,分析运行速度与设计车速非合理匹配产生的原因,并提出了使高等级公路上运行速度与道路设计车速合理匹配的相关措施。
To solve the problem of nonrational coordination between motorway operation speed and design speed,the paper puts forward the concept of expected speed on the basis of road design speed and vehicle operation speed that are emphasized by road designersThe relations between the three speeds and the coordination state of operation speed and design speed are discussed;the causes of nonrational coordination between motorway operation speed and design speed are analyzed;the measures of improving coordination betwwen motorway operation speed and design speed have been given.
