摘要
本文采用垂直板不连续系统聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对桂林市918名居民无关个体的血清Hp的表现型进行了研究。结果常见的三种表型频度分别为:Hp 1—1 0.121;Hp2—10.439;Hp 2—2 0.425,其基因频率为:Hp^1 0.340;Hp^2 0.644。同时观察到Hp0型的表型频度为0.0153。还观察到Hp 2—1 M、Hp 2—1(Haw)、Hp 2—1 J、Hp 2—H、C—1和2—Z等变异型。对Hp型在男女性别中的表型频度的调查结果是:Hp1-1男性:0.101,女性:0.135,Hp 2—1男性:0.475,女性:0.409,Hp 2—2男性:0.405,女性:0.446,Hp 0男性:0.02,女性:0.01。另外还观察到16—24岁、25—34岁和35—66岁各年龄组的Hp^1基因频率基本相等。
By means of vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis this article deals with the Hp phenotypes of 918 individuals in the Guilin population. The common phenotype frequencies of Hp occurring in the Guilin population are as follows: Hp1-1 0.121; Hp2-2 0.425; Hp2-l 0.439 and Hp0 0.0153. The gene frequencies of Hp1 and Hp2 were 0.340 and 0.644, respectively. Besides these four common Hp types some variants have also been discovered, namely, 2-1 (Haw), 2-1J, 2-H, C-1 and 2-Z. Among them, the variants of C-1 and 2-Z were not available in the literature. The frequencies of various phenotypes of Hp occurring in males and females are as follows: Hp1-1, (male) 0.101, (female)0.135; Hp2-1, (male)0.475, (female)0.409; Hp2-2, (male)0.405, (female)0.446 and Hp0, (male)0.020, (female)0.010. It was also noted that the gene frequencies of Hp1 occurring in different age groups (15-24, 25-34, 35-66) are basically the same.
