摘要
结合精细地质研究结果,针对常规射孔并,采用40m卡距实施常规压裂时,尽管同一卡距内的目的层之间存在岩性夹层,但由于压裂管柱、设备能力、施工排量等条件限制,只能处理其中的一个目的层这一实际问题,首次尝试了应用55MPa压裂管柱、大排量施工的现场试验。从而实现了一次加砂处理同一卡距内的2个及以上目的层,提高了压裂层段改造强度。同时配合压裂并裂缝参数和施工参数优化,匹配与油层流体配伍的压裂液配方,使试验井获得了较好的增产效果,共施工6口井,压后平均单井日增液58.4t,日增油19.9t,含水下降5.0个百分点,同比平均单井日多增油2.2t,增油强度增加20.3%,并获得了一些有益的认识。
This study performs a field test using 55MPa fracturing pipe string and high flow rate operation for the first time. It realizes one sand fracturing for 2 and more target formations in a same distance, increasing the stimulation strength of the fractured interval. Meanwhile, fracture data and operation dala optimization, mate-hing with the fraeturing fluid ingredient adapting the reservoir fluid, obtains satisfied stimulation effect in the test wells. In the 6 opera-ted wells, the average single well fluid production after the fracturing increases by 58. 4 t/d, oil production increases by 19. 9 t/d, and water cut decreases by 5% .
