摘要
目的 探讨大鼠局灶脑缺血再灌注损伤与细胞凋亡及肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF -α)表达的关系。方法 用线栓法建立局灶脑缺血再灌注模型 ,观察局灶脑缺血再灌注损伤后细胞凋亡及TNF -α的表达 ,并与假手术对照组作比较。结果 局灶脑缺血再灌注损伤后TNF -α表达及细胞凋亡数均比对照组明显增加 ,神经功能缺陷评分及脑含量水平亦明显上升 ,P均 <0 .0 1。结论 脑缺血再灌注损伤与TNF
Objective To study cell apoptosis and TNF-αExpressions in rats with cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury. Methods Made focal cerebral ischemia of MCA animal model induced by cylinder embolization in rats to study of cell apoptosis and TNF-αExpressions in rats with cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury for comparison with the sham-operation control group. Results There were more significantly increases of TNF-α expressions and cell apoptosis than those of the control group and so did the nerve function deficiency grading and brain content level with an average P<0.01. Conclusion There existed a close relationship between cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury and TNF-αExpressions and cell apoptosis.
