摘要
目的 探讨遗传因素对壮族人群身高的影响。方法 调查 2 0～ 3 7岁的 2 91名壮族青年 ,用直线回归方法以亲—子身高之间的回归系数估计子代身高的遗传率。结果 男女总体遗传率的点估计值为 72 .8% ,而男性遗传率的点估计值为 86.1% ,女性遗传率的点估计值为 68.3 %。结论 壮族青年身高的遗传率较高 ,主要与遗传因素有关 。
Objective To approach effects of hereditary factors on the stature of Zhuang People. Methods Malinas' Linear regression method: regression coefficient estimation for parent-child correlations and heritability of stature in 291 Zhuang youths 20～37 years of age. Results Point estimation value of general heritability of both sexes was 72.8% with that of the virility to be 86.1% and 68.3% for the female group. Conclusion Hereditary factors played a prime role in the heritability of stature in Zhuang youths whereas environmental factors play a secondary part.
