摘要
针对电网调度微机开票系统研究和开发基本属于空白的现状,提出了一种适合于电网调度微机开票系统研究和开发的新方法。该方法以网络图论和坐标定位的设计思想为理论基础,通过面向对象的编程语言实现软件系统的功能要求;先后介绍软件系统的理论基础及主要功能设计和面向对象语言的编程实现。目前,该系统已经在华东网调500kV电网投入调试,运行情况良好,体现了该方法的有效性和可推广性。
This paper presents a novel design method of order sheet generating system in electric power load dispatch. The method, which is theoretically based on graph theory and coordinate orientation, is illustrated. The realization of software system and programming are presented. The practical application of the software system indicates the effectiveness of the method.
