The application of CFD in prediction of noise generated by axial flow fan

摘要 探讨了现有轴流风机噪声预估方法的特点 ,提出了利用流场三维数值模拟数据和尾迹脱落噪音模型进行噪音预估的方法 ,预估声压与样机测试值比较吻合。该方法在工程上简便可行 ,在风机的设计及改造过程中易于综合考虑噪音指标。 An overview is described on the noise prediction method of axial flow fan. A new scheme based on CFD and the wake vortex shedding model is introduced to give an acceptable noise prediction. The predicted sound level shows reasonable agreement with the measured results of the model fan noise. It is simple and feasible to consider noise specification while design and reconstruct an axial flow fan.
