摘要 本文研究了Fe76 9Cu0 6Nb2 .5Si13 B7纳米晶软磁合金的晶化过程及软磁性能。Fe76 9Cu0 6Nb2 .5Si13 B7纳米晶软磁合金具有优良的软磁性能 :高饱和磁感应强度、高初始磁导率、低矫顽力、低损耗。本文中对损耗P进行了拟合分析 ,当Bm =0 1~ 0 7T、f=10~ 30 0kHz时 ,损耗P可近似地表示为 :P =0 6 3f1 72 B2 m。我们采用晶化过程中电阻测量及X射线衍射方法研究了该合金的晶化过程 ,研究表明该合金在很宽的温度范围内进行退火处理都只存在单一的α Fe(Si)析出相。 The process of crystallization and soft magnetic properties of Fe_ 76.9 Cu_ 0.6 Nb_ 2.5 Si_ 13 B_7 nanocrystalline alloy are studied.The Fe_ 76.9 Cu_ 0.6 Nb_ 2.5 Si_ 13 B_7 nanocrystalline alloy has excellent soft magnetic properties.It has high magnetic flux density and initial permeability,low coercive force and core losses.The high frequency core losses P of this alloy have been analyzed in the range of B _m =0.1~0.7T and f =10~300kHz and the approximate expression P=0.63f 1.72 B 2 _m has been obtained.The measurement of thermal electrical resistivity and X-ray diffrction method were used to study the process of crystallization.The results show that the alloy maintains a single extracted phase during a wide range of annealing temperature.
