摘要
详细介绍了某型歼击机环境控制系统中供气调温通道的内部结构和工作原理 ,建立了通道内各部件的数学模型 .在此基础上 ,利用MATLAB的simulink工具箱进行二次开发 ,得到各部件的MATLAB仿真模块 ,进而得到整个供气调温通道的动态仿真模型 .利用所建仿真模型 ,分析了供气调温通道各参数 ,如涡轮背压、脉宽调节器调节范围、电机参数等对系统动态特性的影响 ,通过对这些参数的调节 ,可以改善系统的动态响应特性 .
The configuration and working principle of temperature-controlled air supply duct of a kind of fighter ECS (environmental control system) are introduced. Based on the mathematical model of components, the dynamic simulating model of entire ECS is established by using simulink, one of the toolboxes of MATLAB. With the use of the model, the effect of every parameter of the air supply duct, such as the backing pressure of turbine, regulating range of the pulse width modulator the parameters of electric motor, on the dynamic performance of the ECS is analyzed. Regulation of these parameters can improve the dynamic response performance of the system. The conclusion is helpful for the design and optimization of the temperature-controlled air supply duct.
