摘要
对漳泽电厂670t/h锅炉运行过程中三次风管烧红和一次风管堵粉燃烧的事故进行了介绍与分析,认为其发生原因是由于双炉膛之间压力不平衡、三次风喷口冷却方式不当,以及给粉机特性不良所致。通过改进三次风管冷却方式与对给粉机特性进行调整,使上述问题得到较好的解决,提高了锅炉运行的安全经济性。
This paper introduces briefly the phenomena, encountered by the 670t/h boiler of Zhangze Power Plant in its operation, that the tertiary air duct was burned red and the primary air duct was blocked by coal. It is found through analysts that these were caused by the pressure difference in twin furnaces, the improper cooling (?)iary air port and the poor performance of coal feeder. Better economic and safe operation of the boil(?)ere obtaired (?) imp(?)vements, s(?)ch as the change of cooling method of (?) air port and adjustment of coal feeder.
