摘要
本文简要介绍了为满足切圆燃烧煤粉炉火焰稳定性分析需要而开发的一套炉内过程数学模型系统,包括带烟气回流闭式系统热质平衡基本方程的建立和描述煤粉着火、炭骸燃尽,以及反映各种相关空气动力因素影响的分部模型的验证。对一台HG-670/140-5型锅炉的示范计算,给出了各种运行及结构参数变化对火焰稳定性影响的详细结果,并得到现场运行及试验结果的初步验证。
Briefly introduced in this paper is a mathematic model system developed to meet the requirement of flame stability analysis for tangentially—fired utility boilers,including the establishment of basic equations of heat and mass balance for a closed system with hot recirculations and the verifications of submodels for ignition of coal particle, burnout of char residue and influence of various related aerodynamic factors. Demonstration calculation of a 670t/h utility boiler shows in detail the influences of various operational and structural parameters on flame stability,which are in reasonable agreement with field data.
