摘要
本文以秦岭电厂5号机组热力性能试验结果为依据.采用“等效热降法”较为详细地计算分析了国产200MW机组热力系统在实际运行中加热器端差、抽汽压损、轴封漏汽以及各种附加设备等对机组经济性的影响,并将其与设计值比较,分析经济性差的原因。所得计算结果和数据可为改善200MW机组的热经济性提供参考。
Based on the thermal performance test on No5 unit of Qinling Power Plant,the method of equivalent enthalpy drop is employed in this paper to calculate and analyze the operational economy of the thermodymamic system of 200MW unit. Effects by different factors on unit performance have been analyzed, such as terminal temperature difference of feedwater heater,pressure drop of extracted steam, leakage of gland seals and other components,and the results compared with the design values. The obtained data can be used as reference for performance improvement of 200MW unit.
