摘要
本文对按照宏观煤岩类型在西山、轩岗和阳泉等六个矿区所采集的四十多个煤样进行了煤的洗选、显微组分定量和着火点测定,根据实验数据建立了着火点及其影响因素之间的相关数学模型,并用数理统计的方法找出可用于气煤至无烟煤等多个煤种的回归方程。利用此方程大致可估计各种煤岩显微组分对着火性能的影响方式及程度,对指导锅炉燃烧和煤储存过程中自燃的预防都有一定的参考价值。
More than 40 coal samples collected according to lithotype divisions from 6 coal mines have been studied with coal being washed, macerals quantitatively determined and ignition points measured. A mathematical model of correlation between ignition point and its affecting factors was developed according to the testing data. And regression equations were established for all the ranks of coal, from gas coal to anthracite, with the method of statistic analysis. By using these equations the effect of macerals on the coal ignition point can be approximately expected, which may be used to guide the boiler combustion and to prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal stockpile.
