金属针布的可控气氛热处理

摘要 针对金属针布精度要求高、外形尺寸小的特点,在其球化退火和中间再结晶退火中,采用加热期间抽真空和通入氮基可控气氛交替进行的多次抽换气工艺,以满足其热处理技术要求,实现表面无氧化、无脱(渗)碳的光亮热处理目的。实践证明,这也是延长其模具寿命和提高金属针布产品质量的强有力措施。 In veiw of the high precision and the small overall dimensions of metallic card clothings, in the spheroidizing and recrystallizing annealing of metellic card clothings, the technique of the vacuum-pumping and pouring-in nitrogen-base atmospheres alternately is applied in order to meet the needs of protective heating of metallic card clothings and achieve the purpose of the bright heat treatment that neither oxidizes the surface nor causes decarburization or caburization during the annealing. This is also the strong measures of prolonging the service life of the die and improving product quality.
