摘要
介绍了本钢热连轧厂飞剪机引进技术改造中利用环氧砂浆锚固M64设备基础地脚螺栓所取得的成功经验,分析了环氧砂浆的锚固机理,提出了环氧砂浆锚固大直径地脚螺栓的工程实践方法,通过对成孔机具的选择、成孔位置准确的保证、钻孔、螺栓及螺栓孔的清理、环氧砂浆的调制、浇注等方面创新做法的叙述,强调了施工程序中成孔、清理钻孔、浇注、地脚螺栓的调整四道工序的重要作用,给出了地脚螺栓拉伸强度的检测结果,表明环氧砂浆在锚固大直径地脚螺栓中的应用是成功的.
An engineering experiment of epoxy mortar bolting the big diameter bolt of equipment foundation is presented.New technologies are adopted such as the selection of the boring tool,the settlement of the precise boring position,the sweeping of the bore,the bolt and the bolt hole,confect of mortar,and so on.It also points out that four parts are important: bore,sweeping the bore,placing and fixing the bolt.The results of monitoring tensile strength of the foundation screw are presented,which show that it is successful in using the mortar to bond the bolt.
