摘要
比较了活塞用铸铝合金液采用多孔吹头吹氮加覆盖剂精炼和采用六氯乙烷精炼两种工艺,结果表明,吹氮精炼工艺成本低,无毒无害,精炼效果可达到六氯乙烷水平,但其操作略为复杂。
This paper has compared Nitrogen with C_2Cl_6 in refining aluminium casting alloy for pistons. The resuits show that refining molter aluminium casting alloy with Nitrogen through porons brick not only can obtain same clean metal, but cheap and poisonousless. This process is complicate a little.
