摘要
研究了陶瓷粒子的尺寸、添加量、表面预处理、合金熔体的固相率及微量合金元素对陶瓷粒子在铝合金熔体中混合分散行为的影响,用电子能谱化学分析仪(ESCA)分析了陶瓷粒子表面化学组成,用四极质量分析仪(QMA)分析了陶瓷粒子表面吸附的气体。在此基础上,提出了妨碍陶瓷粒子在铝合金熔体中均匀分散的主要原因是陶瓷粒子表面吸附的气体的观点。
As for Al-based casting composite material the influences of the size, amout of addtion and surface treatment of car(?)orandum(SiC) particles, the solid fraction of alloy melt and the miner elements on the mixing and dispersion of SiC particles in the Al-alloy melt are studied. The surface chemical composition of SiC particles are obtained by (ESCA) and the gases absorbed on the surface of SiC particles are analysed with the quadripole mass analyser(QMA) and thus it is put forward that the gases and pollutants absorbed on the surface prevent SiC particles from urnform dispersion in the alloy melt.
