摘要
通过对温州冶炼厂浸出渣挥发窑系统强制循环余热锅炉的设计思路、结构特点、使用情况、节能效益的介绍和分析,阐明对于强制循环余热锅炉设计的一些思路。该锅炉结构精巧,投资合理,投产后运行稳定,满足设计要求。
This paper introduces the structural character,performance and powersaving effect of the forcecirculation wasteheat boiler for the rotary kiln which has been applied in wenzhou smelter and explains the design thought and some personal understanding of the author.The boiler is characterized by delicate structure,reasonable investment,stability and fully meets the requirement of design.
