摘要
基于ZnAl27CulMg0.01合金的高温拉伸性能,采用SEM,X-ray衍射仪研究ZnAl27CulMg0.01和ZnAl27Cu2Mg0.01两合金在330℃、250℃下挤压型材的组织及性能。结果表明:高温下挤压型材的强度高,塑性低;低温下挤压型材的强度低,塑性高。认为,造成这一性能差别的主要原因是组织中α相的过饱和度。
Based on the high-temperature tensile property of the alloy ZnA127CulMg0.01, the mechanical properties and microstructures of extruded rod (ZnA127CulMg0.01 and ZnA127Cu2Mg0.01) were studied by SEM and X-ray diffraction. The results showed that higher strength and lower elongation were gained in higher extruding temperature, and lower strength and higher elongation in lower extruding temperature. This resuts are from the diffrences of the supersolnbility of α phase.
