降低硅酸乙酯—煤矸石型壳残留强度的试验研究

摘要 研究了在硅酸乙酯水解液中添加一种有机粘合剂对硅酸乙酯煤矸石粉涂料工艺性能(流杯粘度、比重、悬浮稳定性)和型壳强度的影响。结果表明,水解液中加入有机粘合剂可以降低型壳残留强度和高温强度,对常温强度无明显影响;涂料粘度增加,粉液比降低,涂料工艺性能改善。当加入量为水解液总量的12%、粉液比为1.0~1.3:1.0时,涂料能很好满足制壳要求,型壳内表面光洁;同时,型壳残留强度下降约50%,高温强度下降约30%,完全适合铝合金精铸生产。 Influence of a additive organic adhesive in hydrolytic solution of ethyl ester silicate on technological properties of ethyl ester silicate-gangue powders coating and various strength of shell are researched. The test results show that addition of organic adhesive increases viscosity of the coatings and decreases remains strength and high temperature strength of the shell. As a additive amount Of organic adhesive is no more than 12% of weight of hydrolytic solution and the weight ration of powders/solution equals 1.0~1.3/1.0, the coating can meet demand of shell preparation. On the other hand, remains strength of shell decreased by 50% and reduction of high temperature strength of shell is less than the reduction of its remains strength. The strength of shell can perfactly meet demand of investment casting of aluminium alloy.
