摘要
采用液态模锻代替压力铸造生产空调压缩机的铝合金活塞,克服了压铸件内部容易形成气孔和氧化夹杂的缺陷。本文介绍了此铝合金活塞液态模锻的模具结构、工艺参数的选择及生产中应注意的问题。
The aluminium alloy pistons of air Control compressors were manufactured with liquid die forging replacing die casting. So the defects of gas-holes and non-metal inclusions in die casting were eliminated. In this paper, a die structure of liquid die forging of the aiuminium alloy pistons, technique parameters and some problems in production process were introduced.
