摘要
通过对连铸小方坯的常用材料A3钢的高温力学性能的测定、热裂环试验,分析了化学成分、夹杂物、浇洼温度对其热裂倾向的影响。结果表明,在众多的影响因素中,钢水的化学成分对热裂的形成有决定性作用,而夹杂物和浇注温度对热裂的形成也有明显的影响。
The influence of chemical composition, inclusion and Pouring temperature on the tendency of hot tear formation of A3 steel is analyzed based on high temperature mechanical property and hot tear ring testing for continuous casting of small square billets used as common material A3 steel. Experimental results show that the chemical composition of molten steel has the decisive effect, whereas inclusions and pouring temperature also has remarkable influence on hot tear formation.
