摘要
通过对万能工具锯床带锯条高频感应钎焊工艺及其对带锯条组织影响的研究,确定了带锯条高频钎焊的合理工艺。实验结果表明,高频感应钎焊锯条焊口的抗拉强度、延伸率和弯曲性能分别为对接熔焊锯条的2.6倍、1.9倍和3.6倍。装机试验证明,高频感应钎焊旧锯条的寿命可赶上原锯条寿命。
The effects of high frequency induction braze welding technique on the microstructure of the band saw blade, which is used for universal saw-machine, have been investigated. On the basis of the above investigation, a ratiorial technique of the induction braze is proposed in the paper. Experiment results show that the tensile strength, elongation and bend property are 2.6, 1.9, 3.6 times respectively as much as that of the butt welding joins. By the saw-machine running test, it shows that the life of old blade welded by the proposed technique can be compared with the original one.
