摘要
金属铸态组织细化的关键是获得大量细小等轴晶。本文通过实验,对细小等轴晶形成的几种假说进行了鉴别,指出了铸锭中等轴晶主要来源于型壁,并初步探讨了浇注温度、对流等因素对铸态组织形成的影响。
The key to fining the structure of ingot casting lies in the formation of a number of fine equiaxed crystal grains. By analyzing experimental results, the authors appraised some main hypotheses about the formation of equiaxed crystals in ingots, and believed that crystals precipitation from mold wall is main mechanism of equiaxed crystal zone in ingots, and pointed out the influences of pouring temperature and convection on as-cast structure in ingots.
