摘要
介绍了康明斯发动机混合基体球墨铸铁摇臂的生产工艺。通过选择适当的原材料、化学成分及采用相应的球化处理、孕育处理等方法,生产出的摇臂质量稳定、性能优越。同时,分析了摇臂铸件在生产过程中常见的缺陷,并提出了改进措施。
The production process of nodular cast iron rocker arm of Cummins engine was introduced.High-quality rocker arm with good performance was produced based on the correct selections of raw materials,chemical composition,spheroidizing and inoculation methods.Common defects during the rocker arm production were analyzed and some measurement was suggested.
